1. Check the Circuit Breaker

2. Verify the Thermostat Settings
Make sure the thermostat is set to “heat” and the fan is set to “auto.” If the fan is set to “on,” it will blow room-temperature air when there’s on heating cycle taking place. Verify that the thermostat is set to a temperature that’s higher than your home’s current temperature.
3. Check the Air Filter
Turn off the heating system. Access the air handler’s filter compartment. You might need a Philips head screwdriver to open the compartment. Slide out the air filter. If it’s visibly dirty, replace it with a clean one. A dirty filter could impede the flow of heated air through your home’s ducts. Make sure your room’s vents are open.
